Developing a gender equality policy
The law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future includes a component aimed at reducing professional inequalities between women and men.
As an extension of this law, an index allows companies to self-assess their gender equality based on several criteria. Based on this, the gender equality index for our company is 55/100 based on 2024 data.
The details of the calculation are as follows:
Criterion 1: Pay gap between women and men: Score of 25/40
Criterion 2: Distribution of individual increases: Score of 15/35
Criterion 3: Number of women receiving increases upon return from maternity leave: Score of 15/15
Criterion 4: Number of women among the ten highest earners: Score of 0/10″
